Hey! I got this patterned lowers. they are really fluffy on the thigh area n tapered towards d end wid pointed ends. is this top looking ok or should I wear it with a t-shirt? d problem wid a tshirt is that there is a sort of a demarcated area around the hips which looks a little funny wid the tshirt. also could you suggest sm colours fr d top?

I'm Not Trying To Be Rude Or Disrespectful In Any Way But I Honestly Don't Like The Pants At All 😔 But If You Like Them Thats All That Matters. I Would Change The Shirt 👌

I think I would go for a fitted top when the pants are so baggy :)

I personally don't like the pants, but I've seen them worn with fitted shirts & crop tops and I think they look nice like that:)

Agree with Sabrina! :) ^ to even it out, you should wear a fitted shirt when wearing baggy pants.

They are called parachute pants I believe. I actually think they're pretty rad! Just wear them with a more fitted shirt :)

They'd be nice with a fitted white top or crop top if they're high waisted.

Shaily's right, they're called parachute pants. And yes, a fitted top would be a million times better! I'm really not feeling the pants though. The design looks cool though! :)

I don't care for the pants...but I would suggest a fitted top bc they're so loose. The top is cute! You could pull that off w leggings, capris, or denim!

Shruti, this is a drop-crotch pants a.k.a harem pants. This pants is a lil long for you. Yes, it's a harem pants and it's meant to be that fluffy but I can see it's lil long cos there are folds on your calves area. Now about the top, that is actually called tunic top. when pairing pants like this you need to pair it with a top with a hem just right or above your waistline. Why? To accentuates your waistline and won't look too baggy and costume-y. Rule of a thumb, baggy pants=fitted top, long top (tunic)=fitted pants. Now the shoes to wear, this is nice to pair with strappy heeled sandals for a feminity look. Or wedges if you prefer one. The technique is to pair it with something that makes you taller. It balances the look. Now the colors of top, this is paired with neutral colors. To make it simple but still has a character. Get the looks from Derek Lam, Chloe, Helmut Lang and Rick Owens to name a few. Hope this helps.

I like to call those "Jasmine pants" because they remind me of her baggy teal pants in the movie. and the way she wears it is with something very tight to balance out the frumpiness. so that's the direction I would go top wise!
