Omg, Bonjour! (that's all I know ahahaha). But I think you look better with short hair, you look really sophisticated and it suits your face shape. As Jacqlyn said, it's just genetics. But I guess eating healthily and drinking plenty of water will help you get healthier, stronger hair. And also, once it gets to a certain length you could always get extensions.

Basically what everyone else said. there are no miracle methods or products. it all depends on genetics, the health of you & your hair. I can give you tips on how to keep it healthy, which promotes hair growth if you'd like :) & as Jacqlyn said, please don't just go taking pills, such as biotin.
