What's the best Maybelline foundation for dry skin, but an oily t-zone?

I've only tried fit me, and I actually quite like it. I have oily combination skin.

I personally do not care for any of the Maybelline foundations, even though I like their BB Cream. Did you have your heart set on Maybelline?

I have dry skin and I agree with Rozberry I didn't Like any of their foundations they are more catered for oily/combination the fit me foundation really dried me out and clung to dry patches x

Same here, Cece. I run dry and so it just felt like no matter what I tried, I never ended up finding a fit. Even their BB cream, I mix with moisturizer when I use it as a back up to my more pricey one. :/

Hi,Have you tried Maybelline Dream Smooth Mousse it's a Hydration foundation.
Apr 21, 2014
Dimphy V.
I can't really say a 'the best' I can only say I wouldn't recommend their fit me foundation or the dream BB cream. They just don't work for me so I gave up on maybelline foundations since they often tend to oxidize as well.

They really do oxidize. Poor Maybelline. :(

I have used the moose from maybelline but that still didn't really do it for me it made me look really dry and it clings like crazy. I found that after a while it just slipped off my face and then I looked crazy. I would find another brand that you like to find a foundation x

Oh ya that did it to your skin Cece because it's a Matte finish and not something for dry skin or I would say Dry area's.They have another one for Dry skin it's a Hydrating one Called Dream Smooth Mousse which because it looks the same but different purposes it is understandable that many may not notice the title or get confused, but the idea is that one is for more dry skin and the other is for more oily skin. It also helps to use the correct primer or Base to have these types of drugstore foundations to work like for example Hourglass Primer work's wonderful with the Maybelline Matte Mousse and the lasting power and finish is great.
