I'm looking for suggestions and opinions on the best and most affordable colored eyeliners.

Wet n Wild pencils are pretty good, usually only 99?. I also use white eyeliner with colored shadow over it to make colors I don't already have. :)

Hard Candy's "Stay In Line"eyeliner. I have one in purple and it has great color payoff and stays put. It seems like it does stain the skin just a bit but it isn't irritating and isn't anything ridiculous. And it isn't as soft or creamy as some eyeliners I've used but it isn't super hard or waxy either. If you would ever want to splurge I recommend Urban Decay hands down though :)

Nyx glide on pencil gel liner is amazing! My alll time favorite color is tropical green.
