Help with itchy skin.

So I just came back from vacation and so the day after I've been itchy all over my skin like I don't know if they are mosquito bites but I have like 5 places I'm itching. But it's really weird I don't know if my skin has to get used to being back but I'm itching like crazy.

You could have some sort of heat rash you could try a cooling gel or lotion and see if that helps:)

I know when I was younger I would put on calamine lotion! Hopefully this helps :)
