Today I discovered Beautylish and I'm happy to be here!!
I have a slight feeling this site can answer a lot of my questions that have been racking my brain for months now.
1. I am hoping to connect with youtube beauty gurus for collabs, friendship and girl talk!
2. I am a partner and have been for some years however I never had the time or patience to record and now I'm attempting at learning the tricks and trade. I love makeup I wear it almost everyday and I change my ofter a lot so I want to share it with the world. I want to begin utilizing my channel more are there are any tips you can give me on building the channel and making it successful?
3. I have been contact by an MCN but have no sign any agreements yet because I do not feel comfortable at the moment nor do I feel like this partiful mcn can really boost me the way I'd like based on what I was presented with. Do you have any advice on this?
4. I currently have 680 subbies and would love to know some tips on building my numbers to be able to reach more people.
5. What are the best tags to use?

I do not have a YT channel but I subscribe to many. I can only advise you in regards to #4 and the best advice I have to share is that interacting with your fan base via social media is very important. Also, being on FB, Twitter and IG are great avenues in which to garner more subbies. How will folks know about you if you don't network via social media. The best way to meet other gurus...reach out to them via the same methods listed above to gain subbies. I will warn you though its cut throat and I've heard of a few popular gurus who arent too inviting of meeting gurus who they deem not worthy. So thick skin is required. No one isnt going to want to mentor if they feel like they arent going to get something out of it in return so if I was you I would just concentrate on gettinh your sub numbers up before putting yourself out there for a mentor.
