Okay to start off with I don't even know what category this should be under so I just put it under intros and promotions so please don't get mad at me or anything I wasn't trying to like disrespect your rules or anything but I have a question why aren't allowed to post anything on this site anymore time you post something a moderator have to come on and tell you that you can't post that for example yesterday I posted what to wear for the 1st day of school and I got no Feedback so I decided to post it again then the moderator came on and just told me a bunch stuff like I was going to get my acount taken away and that we were allowed to reposting I think that is stupid because why would I not need to repost something if I didn't get advice so I would just like to know why: without you giving me the list of rules oh and I am sooooooo sorry that I posted in the wrong category: I didn't really pay attention to it so my bad ,!! :)

You should wait at least 24 hours or more before you repost also you are no longer allowed to put "repost" in the title. So, I'm not sure what your post was but that's a chance as to why the mods came around and just posted the rules. Especially if you've done this kind of thing before they try to gently remind you of all the rules.

Why would you say that? I think it's great since no one is bullying each other and no reposts now allows us to see a lot of the threads we were missing before! What makes you say it's boring? It's the same as it's always been just without reposts of already answered threads.
