I use the Maybelline Gel Eyeliner and an Ecotools angled brush! It works fine for me, although I think that gel could have a little more staying power.

The L'oreal Infallible Gel Laquer comes with a brush and I actually really like it, it's nice and stiff, and I like the control. Also the liner itself is my go-to when I can't order the Inglot one.

Billy B's brush #9 is beautiful for doing a winged eye liner. I personally like Inglot's gel liner, it's very pitch black and I don't need to go over it again.

Dry out how? I left my pot open for half an hour the other day and it's still as creamy. It does dry and stay put once you've gone and done your liner, but it doesn't dry for me as fast as some people claim it does.

A cheep and good one is clinique its $15 I belive and it comes with the most perfect brush its inny minnie so it give precises lines, if your talking about the liner drying on the brush, then when it dries on the brush just spot clean it with 91% alchool and it will be back like new

If you're open to using liquid check out the elf liquid eyeliner! That product is to DIE for! It is literally everything I ask for in a liner and it is soooooo easy to use!! Check out the review on this blog: www.mynervousmakeup.blogspot.com

It's my blog and I give a complete like 5 paragraph summary of my thoughts and such that I can't get into right now. But it is literally the best eyeliner I've ever used and it's only $1!

Then do that spot clean the brush with 91% alchool and it takes it off 😊 and dries quick.
