I've recently broken out in these tiny bumpy spots across my forehead :/ they're not actual spots, they never get big or come to a white head but they're bumpy and when I wear foundation you can really see them on my forehead which looks horrible :/ they're flesh coloured bumps, I've been putting tea tree oil on them for the last week but it doesn't seem to be helping at all :( has anyone had these too? If so, what did you use to get rid of them please??

I find steaming my face really helps get rid of those types of spots.

I had them really bad as I tried all the fancy stuff to get rid of them. But what only seriously worked for me was not touching my forehead at all and only washing my face with water (warm) and ten moisturizing.

Post the ingredients of the moisturizer or any face products you are using if you can.
I find a lot of drug store & some high end have a base of Ethylhexyl Palmitate, which is usually the case. Those are typically just clogged pores, which a BHA can help unclog. Neutrogena's Rapid Clear Lotion is an exfoliant with BHA, so it should help them. Philosophy also has a BHA lotion as well, but it's on the pricier side.
