Rimmel London 100% Waterproof mascara
Any of the MUA palettes
NYX/MUA lipsticks
No7/Maybelline/Rimmel London liners are great.
Natural Collection tinted moisturiser/Garnier BB cream/L'Oreal CC cream/Rimmel London foundation
George at Asda precision brow pencil is great and comes with a spooley
Real Techniques, Jerome Alexander and BareMinerals brushes are great. Eco Tools and Sonia Kashuk brushes are pretty good too. A kabuki brush is a good bet for foundation.
I use a Technic blusher which is great and cheap

I wouldn't use red nor purple lipsticks as my first time, maybe tinted lip balms like baby lips.
Both waterproof and regular mascara are fine.
Oil free tinted moisturizer.
You don't want breakouts for you're first time using makeup.
Pencil eyeliner might be easiest for you,
Not sure about brow pencils, maybe a brow defining gel to start off with. Light eyeshadows and maybe really subtle blushes.
Thats what I started off with, you want to go for a natural look, not something super vibrant and hardcore, but, you'll definitely get the hang of it ☺️ have fun! xx

As for the eyes shadow I would get a palette not too expensive(but not too cheap either :o) this way you can learn to really use it before buying a more expensive one :D on the opposite be careful while choosing fundation :o I had a friend who bought a really cheap thing and ended up having skin problems :/

For eyes the wet n wild walking on egg shells pallet is perfect and it's cheap

For mascara a waterproof is good for starting because if you accidentally forget and rub your eyes it's never a good thing haha ( I like illegal length mascara by maybelline)

A pencil eyeliner would be best to start out with because you can practice and have more control

Brushes aren't a must for beginners they are helpful but they can get expensive

Concealer is good but if you need all over coverage get a bb cream or tinted moisturizer

And for lips the maybelline color balms or the revlon ones are really great

If you want to wear blush make it a natural color that is closer to your natural blushing skin
so you could run or get your blood pumping so your cheeks naturally flush and then That's the shade of blush you should get

Keep it natural and don't feel the need to wear all of the makeup thats out there you don't need to wear foundation and everything or loads of lipsticks just start out slow and practice

I watched lots of tutorials and reviews on youtube before starting with makeup and it helped a lot

Hope this helped :)

Eyes: any neutral palette is great for starters, and you can find neutral colored shadow anywhere you go.
Liquid liner or a dark brown pencil liner. I like Elf's black liquid liner and it's only $1 at target. For mascara, I'm using Maybelline's big eyes mascara, and I love that it comes with a brush for upper lashes and one for lower lashes.

Face: Find a good liquid foundation, or a bb cream if you're looking for something a but lighter. You might also want to use a concealer if you have any imperfections you want to cover up. I would also recommend getting a blush that's more of a natural color or a light pink.

Lips: Any glosses will work 😊

If you do want to use brushes a great cheap in price but not cheap in quality brand is Eco Tools. They sell them at most drugstores and at Ulta. The bristles are so soft and the make everything go on so nicely.

I would suggest starting from all high reviewed products!
when I started out I just went for cute packaging and it ended up with some good products and some bad products that I never learnt how tk apply causw the product sucked (for example, blushes)
mascaras are best from maybelline
foundations from rimmel and NYC (new york color)
liptints from NYC
blushes, brushes, brow set, nail polish, liquid liner from Essence
gel liner from maybelline
I find those products my staples and mostly affordable
for example New york color and Essence are quite cheap :)
