Hi guys when I was young I didn't care about my teeth, I use to have five lollipops at once in my mouth and now my teeth are horrible and I searched a lot about teeth whitening tried a lot but nothing worked!! Help what can I do?? Does it really work?? or what??

I use Phillips Zoom whitening gel and customizable molds. I got them as a kit from a reputable dealer with excellent feedback on amazon. It is identical to what my dentist charged me much more for. I use my trays twice a week and 3D Crest White toothpaste. Drinking through a straw helps minimize stains as well.

You can google it and many stores/dental supply places carry it. Just be sure to get trays. They are plastic and become pliable in hot water. You then bite down and they become molded for a custom fit.

If you want to bleach your teeth, I would first go to dentist. (My father is one. This is where I'm getting my info). Based on a persons enamel, the bleach may or may not take. For me, when my dad did mine, it didn't take. My enamel's coloring is naturally a little darker and doesn't take bleach. If you are doing it yourself, make sure you get customizable trays. Never use the bleach strips, they only work/are designed for people with perfectly straight teeth. Those are my 2 cents. :)

I got zoom whitening from the dentist about five years ago and I was thrilled with the results. I had to get it because I then got two crowns on my front top two teeth so the dentist could either match my old not so bright shade or my newly whitened teeth. I still use the home trays once or twice a year and they brighten right back up, but it does irritate my gums for a few hours afterward. I would search for some coupons and go to a real dentist.
