Okay, the question dosen't really have anything to do with beauty, but I need some ideas or advice.
Right now, I'm pretty down. It always happens since I'm trying to get over an depression. I just wanted to hear. What do you do, when you're down? Like when you feel sad or angry, what do you do to make it all better? Because I don't really know what to do. Sorry for the weird question, and thanks! <3

I'm pretty Down right now too 😓 I really want to go on a hike today BC I think its so peaceful , everything is so green aand quiet ND if you have dogs I could take them with you! It's funny seeing them run around!
Or you can watch your favorite movie!
Or even call your best friends over and hang out and drink your favorite wine cooler! 😊 feel better beautiful , I love your name btw! I always wanted a girl so I can name her Luna!! 😊

Try going for a walk :) walks always puts me in a good mood, you feel way better after it plus its good for you :) even a 20min walk will work! or eat your fav chocolate bar , that works too ;)

Noelle: No I didn't. My mom always wanted to call me that though. It's just recently. I changed it, because I was tired of my first name. I've always wanted to be called Luna, so I changed it.

Hmmm well it depends. Sometimes I just lie in bed, listening to music, other times I wrap myself in blankets and watch a movie and eat something, or I'll do my nails or talk to a close friend. I struggle with chronic depression so I know what it's like.

When I'm down I always go for a big hike to get my endorphins kicked up and then I take a soothing bath. It's like the most relaxing regime ever.

I have depression too, crap isn't it!
I always go out with my friends or boyfriend, eat ice cream, go for a walk or bike ride, take my dog out for a walk, go to the park, spend time with my family, watch a comedy, listen to some mad music, have a soothing bath with a bath bomb, have a pamper day, duvet day with my favourite films and comfy clothes, do some DIYs of YT or here, put makeup on or do a recreation of a look I like on BL, make robot noises into a fan (why not!!).
