I have über pale/fair skin with a strong pink undertone - I have yet to find a foundation that is fair enough for me without adding white face and body from MAC!
I also have been blessed with very blue, very dark under eye circles. My question is: what kind of concealer should I use?!? I don't a full coverage product, I'm okay with seeing my natural skin poke though, but I want something that will fix the 'just punched in the eye look' I rock!

Use a peach toned corrector underneath your foundation then apply a concealer on the top?

I have trouble with finding a foundation light enough for me as well. Nars Sheer Glow in Siberia (the lightest shade) was just a little bit too dark. I like using the Mac pro conceal palette and using the pink under my eyes before putting on foundation.

Illamasqua foundation shades are wonderful and so many over look that line for what ever reason but it's a luxury line of beautiful.

Makeup Forever Mat Velvet+ goes pretty light, in the winter I am lighter than NC15 at MAC so I know your struggle!
