I want to get a really nice high end lippie for fall, I need a color that is sultry without looking Goth lol. pretty packaging and longer wear is a plus.
I don't have a sephora or an ulta in town so a brand that Macy's carries would be a plus lol

Depends what you mean by "looking goth". I really like Mac's Darkside and Rebel but I know they're not to everyones tastes.

They only had diva in Matt and my lips really don't seem to like matt lol

Kevyn aucoin expert lip color in bloodroses it is an absolute beautiful shade of deep red I don't have it with me now but you can see it here on beautylish, another option is macs all fired up its also a unique red shade in retro matte formula (:
