So I've been extremely lazy Latly , although I do a lot with work , school and home I'm always tired!! I need something to replenish my system and keep me going I know this isn't about makeup or beauty but because I've been so tired I haven't done much , like dress up or do my makeup or even any tutorials. Does anyone know anything to keep me going lol nothing hazardous either!!

• set up multiple alarms with reminders or a motivating quote or something. (Helps me) lol.

• drink cold WATER before doing anything, I swear it wakes you up and makes you feel great.

• make your bed right away, gets you started for the day and honestly makes you want to get other stuff done (at least for me)

• wash your face and try showering in cooler water, that also wakes me up.
I'm not sure, getting up right away and getting started with my housework/exercise etc.gets my blood glowing and gets me ready for the day. doing it routinely will help you be less lazy

I do many of the same thing as Renay said, and especially the thing about getting up straight away when the alarm goes off, making the bed and starting what you have to do really helps me, if I stay in bed just 10 minutes extra I get so tired! Also with doing your makeup, I make a awesome cup of coffee and bring it with me in front of my vanity, that way I do my makeup and get my morning coffee at the same time... I love that time so much, it's kind of my Sabrina-time :)

Everything they said but...I have this app called sleep cycle and it helps you wake up during a light phase of your sleep so you feel more awake when you get up. You should try it! 😊

Thanks everyone all your advice helps I will start doing a lot of these things mentioned and for Olivia thanks I will deff check it out sounds good lol , in just sick of feeling this way it's like a disease or something lol

Btw Katie I just realized something - I had a time where I got so tired it physically hurt in my body and I went to the doctor and got them to check my levels of especially B12 and iron. It turned out my body did not absorb B12 like it was supposed to and there for my blood levels were way to low and that was why I was so tired that it hurt, I now get injection with B12 and that has helped a lot! So if you find your being tried gets out of the normal I would go see a doctor!

Make sure you drink enough! Last year I have learned that you feel more lazy and don't have energy, when you don't drink enough water. Every day I paint marks on my water bottle. So I can control my drinking :) it really helped a lot! And as an extra: eat fruits! They will boost your energy and they're healthy ;) sometimes that's all your body wants and if it doesn't work, I would go see a doctor before you take some vitamin pills (that you maybe won't need).

On some days ladies I will wake up get a coffee go jogging or walking come home shower so errans go to school or work , but I always feel like I do so many little things I'm always tired , and to Sabrina k , sometimes I feel that way I'm just ridiculously scared of any docs I had horrible horrible experiences with dentist and needles and I'm all set , I always have a knee problem where it pops wen I bend it at the kneecap and hurts but I've been walking on it everything and when I bend it feel like it's getting pulled on it's weird it's been a while I haven't seen a doc I was hoping maybe a chiropractor could help lol
