I'm making up a wishlist since there is almost nothing allocate, or face makeup on it since it's my least favorite thing to buy, I have about obnoxious amount of lippies and eye products I want. My skin is dry in the winter, sensitive, combo/dry in the summer and I have roscea. so what are your recommendations?

I USE to have pretty dry combo skin now my skim is normal. before it was normal I used tartes clean slate poreless 12 hour perfecting primer it is very hydrating and I think that is what helped my skin get to normal I highly highly recommend it its great. its a white creamy primer that feels like moisturizer instead of those silky clear primers like smashbox and baby skin that accentuates dry patches while the tarte primer really moisturizes dryness and also look into hourglass primer serum and mineral primer that's what I'm currently using and you can get travel sizes for about $18-22. hourglass is great too

Oh also look into the foundations nars sheer glow, shisheido dual balancing foundation and shisheido perfect refining foundation. they are all suitable for combo skin and also work with dry skin

Give Givenchy Teint Couture a go. I've got sensitive dry skin and it's my favorite foundation ever.
