I've had milia spots over my cheeks for as long as I can remember, I've spent years unsuccessfully trying to pop them and scarring my face. Does anyone know any good cures/remedies to help reduce or get rid of it? Thank you girls! x

My dermatologist recommended a 12 percent AHA cream and Vitamin C serum for acne scars, works like magic! I think you could try that.

Milia should usually go away after a few months. You should NEVER try and pop a papule pustule or definitely not milia. Treatments do include chemical peels or retonoid creams if you wanted to go that route.
