Curl your hair with a larger barrel so the curls are loose and run your fingers trough the curls. then spray them with some hair spray and lightly tease the curls to give it some extra volume and messiness. hope this helped! good luck :)

What kayla said! Sea salt spray works great! But, make the braids loose and not tight. It'll give a more wavy effect ☺️

I can't do the braids one without heat because if my hair is wet...it won't dry if I sleep on it

@olivia I know it's usually a no heat method but if you run a straightener over the braids a couple of times when you wake up and put a kind of mouse or gel on them and then take them apart and kinda shake them around they look a lot better than if they just dried cause when they dry they look more like crimps and less like waves
