I've heard a lot of different things about gradient eyes and smokey eyes and how people are confuse on which is which. Could someone explain the difference? Pictures would help too. Thanks!

Smokey has the darkest color all over the lid. a true smokey eye also would not have liner. I'll try to find pictures.

Remember Pinterest pics or any other makeup enthusiast may not be actual makeup artist it's not to say all are not but it's a rare thing to see because the titles of actual techniques would be more correct plus some like to add a little twist of their own to a technique .Just a quick point Gradient is not a ombre those two shadow techniques are different as well. :)
