I have gotten something similar to that before and I think I paid $30, just depends were you live and the salon you go to.

All of the places near me charge 50 dollars but that's for the best salons that have 5 star quality the not as good salons near me charge between 25-40.

@Janet B.
10 pounds roughly translates to $16.98. So, yours would still be on the cheaper end here but closer to the girls paying $20! :)

Also, the salons near me charge $20-$50 depending on the design, how long it takes etc. So, your probably looking at least at a good $30 or $40.

I would suggest doing liquid gels, not acrylics. You will get the 'same' look with the tips so your nails are your desired length & colors & design like the picture, but acrylics damaged my nails, turn yellow, they break easier, & grow out faster & look worse. I've had liquid gels for 2yrs & took them off for school & my nails are perfectly fine, I did French a few times or clear coats which I stayed away from after a year with acrylics because they would yellow & stain & look bad. The initial cost is a little more about 30$ to $45 but instead of getting them filled at 2 weeks looking horrible I got them filled every 3 weeks to a month & the fill is less than $20 at a high end salon so they ended up saving me money. plus with acrylics I'd take them off & get new ones so often to freshen them up & get rid of the staining, in the 2 years with liquid gels I didnt have to do that unless I broke a nail which only happened 3 times due to a really bad bang of my hand and moving so it is more of an investment the first visit but it is cheaper in the end. My nail tech suggested them & was so pleased. just something to think of.

& for that design they can use pink & white gel to keep the color. instead of using pink polish which will chip & white polish or white tips which do yellow they use white gel & shape them into french. I did that for a long time & it looked beautiful. Then the nail tech will add the neon pink line, & again you won't be charged for the french on top of acrylic which most salons charge an extra 10$ for french
