I'm trying to make sure I get the best bang for my buck so I want somethink that is good but not too expensive.
I have normal/dry and around my period I am combo skin if that helps.
my budget is no more than $15 for each.
Thanks :)

I love my L'Oreal Magic Lumi primer and I have dry skin but a little combo in the summer. Anyways, it give a luminous glow so if you want more of a matte finish then go with Rimmel Fix and Perfect (I always used one with the purple lid but the blue honestly seemed to be about the same). As for eyeshadow primer Urban Decay and Too Faced are my holy grails and they last forever, so even though they cost a tad more than drugstore, they last 10 times longer so in the long run its better. But, if you still want drugstore, Milani is great! I hateeeeeeee Elf's primer though, it does nothing. Wet N Wild is pretty good too...

For eyelids, I love the ELF Eyelid Primer for $1. It's so similar to the UD Primer Potion and works incredibly well :)

Elf does an amazing eyelid primer for only $1! They also makes several different face primers for $1- $6. Each one is formulated for a different skin type or is meant to do something different like minimize pores or add shimmer. I use their most basic face primer and it's really good! Elf stuff is pretty amazing for being so affordable!
