Manic Panic And Dark Hair?!?

Has anyone tryed manic panic purple haze or other purples they have in their line over really dark almost black hair? if so how were the results? wanna dye my hair but don't want to bleach it.

I have dark hair, just like Kat said it gives a pretty tint, looked purple in the sunlight. A nice subtle way to add color.

I used a manic panic pink color and it showed up in my friends hair and she has the same color as your hair. Haven't tried purple.

I tried red and it worked just fine for me. :) so I don't see why purple wouldn't work.

I used punky colour on black hair and of worked really good and was bright purple but manic panic just gave it a ting.

I used purple and before I even bought it all the sales people were saying I'd have to go buy bleach somewhere or it wouldn't show up. I had a weird experience with the purple as well, it didn't stay hardly at all, two weeks maybe (on bleached hair) but the blue I tried from them stayed for months.
