So basically every now and again I let myself splurge on makeup because usually I try to save as much money as possible but I don't know what to buy this time. Any price range is okay, what do you ladies recommend?

For face products I love Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown.. Stila for illuminators and illuminating bronzers.
For eyeshadows, Kat Von D has some very nice, creamy pigmented palettes.. out of the Urban Decay palettes I love my electric palette, Inglot and Sugarpill cosmetics has some nice single shadows. I believe OCC has some shadows now.
For lips.. Occ lip tars, YSL lippies, BITE beauty, stila liquid lipsticks.

The stila eyeliners are definitely worthwhile. They come in such a wide variety of colors, and have amazing staying power.

My Becca shimmering skin perfector is the most expensive thing I own. It's $43 ($50 if you get it on sephora's website like I did) I think it's worth every penny

I recommend Benefit High Beam and the BareMinerals foundations and concealer.
