What's a good inexpensive toner for sensitive, acne prone skin? Preferably something that doesn't contain alcohol or any kind of harsh chemicals.

The Body Shop tea tree or seaweed toners are both good. The price is about mid range, but the smaller travel size bottles might be more cost efficient.
