Eh, it would be more so if you added more of a defining color on the outside and blended it out a ton.

A true smokey eye doesn't have a defined crease or outer v. I suggest using one more shadow that is darker. I would place it either along your top lash line or all over your lid. It doesn't have to be black tho. In fact, I think a dark brown would look great! Remember to blend blend blend and to also smoke out your lower lashline.

I agree with jazzmyn a smokey eye does a vertical transition from dark to light (not horizontal - that's a gradient) this photo is of a proper smokey that starts with a very dark color and fades upwards.

Something like this is a gradient that makes the dark to light transition horizontally - dark on the outer corner and lighter as you go towards the nose.

It actually does fade upward but I think my colors are to colse in tone to tell lol I will try a deeper color on lid and see if that helps

It's not a traditional smokey eye, but is a variant.
If I was calling a spade a spade, I'd say no, it's not a smokey eye.
