The stila smudge sticks and stay all day liquid liner is amazing! It's pretty expensive, but is very pigmented and lasting. A cheaper alternative that I like is the Rimmel Scandaleyes pencil liner.

It really depends on what you're using it for. If it's for a wing or a line on the top then I'd prefer liquid but if it's for the bottom I like to use gel. It's really a personal preference though if I were you I'd try different kinds and see what you like better☺️

I love liquid liners the most but I think felt tip is the best to use. I love maybelline master precise. However for some people pencil is easier and a great pencil liner is physicians formula.

I prefer gel liner because once it dries it isn't going anywhere. I use essence's.
