I wouldnt pluck them,just because you seem confused about it,I wouldnt want you to mess up your pretty brows hehe but you should go get them professionally done,like threading,and just tell them you want them cleaned up a bit,:) afterwards,if you think they need alittle bit of filling,fill them in with brow powder,its easy to control and it always looks natural compared to a brow pencil:)
