Nioxin is a very good shampoo/conditioner/treatment system. A tad bit expensive but you can get the kits for cheaper than buying them separately. And yes it does work. If you're more so of just looking into a mousse Nioxin makes one of those too. SexyHair has very nice thickeners. Redken makes a great thickening lotion. To find the best for you depends on what exactly you're looking for as far as shampoo or mousse or lotion etc.
