Help me choose ladies: Vice 3 or Everything Nice?

I want a new palette and I'm stuck between UD's Vice 3 and Too Faced's Everything Nice palettes.
If anyone has purchased these, what do you like or dislike about them?

I bought the Vice 3 about a week ago and I honestly haven't put it down! The shadows are SO much better than my naked palettes. The mattes in the Vice 3 are so creamy and easy to blend. I have gotten compliment after compliment for my eye makeup. It's definitely worth the money. I personally think that the too faced palette is bulky and gaudy. But everyone has their own tastes! xox

I think the vice 3 has more brighter colors if your into neurtal colors the too faced would suit you better(:

I bought the vice 3 as soon as it came out, and I went into play with too faced today and I wasnt quite pleased enough to consider it. Alternatively, the new Kat Von D palette is absolutelying gorgeous.

I love the too faced palette! if you like blush and bronzer it is a steal plus the brushes are awesome. the eyeshadow quality isn't as consistent as urban decay but in my opinion all but 3 shadows are super lovely so overall the palette is totally worth it! (I'm wearing eyeshadow blush and bronzer from it today! )

I don't have the everything nice palette but last year I got the a few of my favorite things palette and I didn't actually love it as much as I thought I was going to, sadly. Too Faced has nice eyeshadows but I personally like Urban Decay's formula much better. I mostly use the Too Faced palette for the 2 blush colors and not the eyeshadows very much. I think the Vice has a great mix of colors and finishes, from bright colors to neutrals and mattes and shimmers. A lot of the previous palettes would boast a variety of finishes but I feel this one truly does finally. I think it's super versatile. I haven't put it down since I got it either :)
