So I love the body shop products tried the tea tree mask and hydrating lotion and they worked great
Now that my current facial wash is finally used up I wanted to purchase one from either lines am just not sure which
I have combination skin and my dry parts get really flaky so am afraid the tea tree on daily basis would dry my skin too much
So I'd like to get your input on the sea weed line
Which do you think I should try out?
Thanks ladies ☺️

Sea weed is great for skin. It is full of vitamins and zinc which is benefitial to skin, especially to acne prone. Everyone raves about the tea tree one, but I personally wasn't impressed because it appeared to have done nothing for my skin. Normally as an antibacterial it is very drying, but I will say that the particular cleanser/moisturizer line was in fact not during at all. It may very well work better for you, I just saw no apparent changes not did my skin feel different. Either are great options, so good luck! :)

I'd go with the seaweed line. It's for combo skin. The tea tree line is for oily skin I believe. I use the seaweed line and I have sensitive dry skin. It's very moisturizing but controls oils and doesn't leave you shiny.

I have combo skin and the tea tree line drys out my cheeks and mouth area (my dry areas) so I'm probably going to try the seaweed line once I use this one up.

I have combo/oily skin and I use the Tea Tree Wash daily, and follow with their Aloe toner and good serum (I go between Dermalogica's Multivitamin Serum or Mario Badescu's Cellufirm Drops) and I don't have any issues. My sister uses the Tea Tree Wash as well and she can get a bit more dry than me, but still has no problems with it. I wanted to try the Seaweed Line, so I bought the mask and OMG it burned the hell out of both my sister's and my face! I don't know why, but when we put it on it like felt like we had rubbed our faces with sandpaper and then rubbing alcohol. Not sure why it did that, but yeah. I mean it did purge the skin really well and helped with the oiliness, but I could only leave it on for 3 minutes before I felt like I needed to call the fire station to put out the fire on my face. Anyways, I always find that what may work for one person won't always work for the other so you can always try it out and if it doesn't work for you return it. But, that being said...I would try the Tea Tree one and use the Aloe Toner or moisturizer behind it like I do to help balance out your skin. It's worked wonders for me. Good luck! :)

Angel, if you used the seaweed mask that I'm thinking you used, it's a warming mask, and the more you rub it in and spread it around your face the hotter it gets. You have to go really gentle and slow and pat rather than rub or it can get very hot.
It took me a good few weeks to figure it out, I had to look up lots of reviews since I was confused why I could put a dab (no rubbing) on a pimple and not have any burning effect, but my whole face would burn if I did my whole face and rubbed it.

I'll try that out. I just found that with that mask no matter what I did it burned. Same with the other one (tea tree one). I just tried it out, but it didn't burn quite as bad.
