Hey hey!
I'm going to use this product tomorrow on my hair to achieve the ombré look. I have watched tutorials and it works :) I can't wait.
The things is : if I do it tomorrow I'd like to wash my hair just before because my curls are going to be less BIG so I think that the product will be easier to apply.
But I've heard people saying that you need to do it on "dirty" hair... I don't know what to do!

Thank you :)

You can do it on dirty or clean.. it'll work either way. I've found that my hair takes the product better with dirty hair. But it'll work with clean.

I don't think it really matters. I've always dyed my hair with clean hair and it has always come out great. I have also dyed my hair with dirty hair and it did the same job.

I always use dirty hair just cuz I try not to wash my hair too much but my cousin always uses clean hair and hers comes out just as good as mine so just do whatever you prefer =)

The reason people suggest using dirty hair is because the oils help combat some of the damage from the process (anything that uses a developer, even a box dye, causes a certain degree of damage). It doesn't change the color and you won't notice a huge difference in damage prevention using clean hair.
