Getting my eyebrows waxed for the first time😁

So my eyebrows are really bushy and I'm really self conscious about them so I'm getting them waxed. I'm just nervous that it'll hurt a lot and a don't have a lot of tolerance for pain. So what should I expect for my first time? And what sort of shape should I get? My face is ovalish and I don't want a high arch. I want it to look natural. Thank you!

You can just tell them to clean them up. I don't think it hurts to much but you can always take a pain medication before going.

Just tell them to shape them for you they will know what shape suits your face. I also recommend having them threaded because it hurts less. Idk to me waxing hurts more

So, I've been getting my brows waxed for somewhere around 8 years, now. The thing is, it really doesn't hurt. It's not worth worrying about, truly. As for making sure that your brows stay the same, I'm with Ivette. Make sure you tell them that you don't want to change the shape, just clean them up. the other thing you can tell them is to do a little at a time (you can always take away hair, but you can't make more grow instantaneously) and stop to check periodically that you like it.
