Sorry that this isn't necessarily "beauty" related but I'm in quite a bit of pain. I was sailing today and got a few painful blisters. I'm letting them air dry, but I was wondering how can I make them dry faster and make the pain go away? None of them have skin. Also should I put antibiotic on them now or after they dry?

I have a few on each hand.

Are they popped already?

Yeah, the wet rope rubbed my hand raw.

Well what I do when I get blisters, I pop it with a clean safety pin to drain it. If they're already popped, then I would just let it heal on it's own.

What I would suggest you do is keep some ice on them for about 5 minutes, then put some honey on them and then put band aids on them. This really works, it soothes the inflammation and the honey does wonders :)

Never pop a blister, it causes them to scar, the blister will go down by itself. I would put a bandaid on it and maybe some type of antibiotic.

Your best bet is to put a bit of antibiotic on it, cover it with a bandaid and avoid using those parts of your hands. I feel like honey would be bad for your hands actually. Very sticky and the spots couldn't breathe.
