So I've been trying to shake up my everyday makeup routine & decided to start small. I'm loving the look of a bright blue liner on my bottom waterline but what would you suggest on the lid with it? Should I keep it simple since so the blue liner is the focus? Any opinions would be appreciated!

That's flippin gorgeous! I agree. I would use neutral colors on top- champagne, Browns, maybe some gold.

I agree with the others a neutral would be perfect that way the pop of color is the focus. A little goes a long way.  :-)
