I personally haven't tried either, but I have heard so many great things about the Chocolate Bar palette.

I have the old packaging of the chocolate bar cuz as soon as it came out I got it lol so I'm not sure if the packaging now has the names engraved on the palette my firend calls it a antique lol I fool my self and call it a LE cuz you won't see this packaging anymore and thats what makes me put up with how big it is and not go and run to get another one for the packaging lol either way, ithe chocolate bar palette has ligjter colors then the semi sweet palette there bothe great palettes pigmentation is great on both ibut like I said on my review (the link hannah posted) the pink color on the semi sweet palette gives you hell I hate colors that get film with a passion and sadley thats the case with that color if I had to pick I would pick the chocolate bar because of that pink color in the semi sweet
