Should I cut my hair.

Not a great picture but you can see how long my hair is. I want to get like 3 or 4 inches off but I don't know if it will look good. Should I get more off? What's your opinion? Also I'm tired of the same long hair I have had for a long time.

I love that!! I have always loved Julianne houghs hair but I am not thinking of going that short. But I do love that hair. How would I get those waves that she does in the picture?

Loosely curling with a 1-1 1/2 inch wand and finishing with a texturizing spray, I'd recommend a sea salt mist:)
