I love that color but I was never one for that "sugar" finish. It looks as if too many layers of polish were painted on and it bubbled up. Of course that's just me, I'm not the biggest fan of textured nail polishes, or most nail art for that matter. I'm pretty simple when it comes to my nails...one color, in a high, glossy finish. I don't even like the whole accent nail thing. I'm pretty boring.
