The best way I found to clear up back acne is to not use conditioner. It cleared mine up in around 3 months.

Look for a tea tree oil based body wash or check out Neutrogena; they have a kit and entire line devoted to this very issue.

I don't know any home remedies but for mine I used Neutrogena's body scrub for body acne. I used a regular body wash for the rest of me, but the Neutrogena one on my back. At first I thought it wasn't working, but you just have to be patient & consistent.
IT DEFINITELY WORKS. I don't even use it anymore & the problem is completely gone. It's by far a really wonderful product.

I used an alternation of witch hazel in a spray bottle/ sea salt mixed with water (to create salt water (duh haha) and sprayed it on my back after getting out of the shower in the morning, and before I went to bed. Cleared my back right up :)

Or if you live close to the beach, go for a swim everyday haha. Seawater is amazing! Clears my back acne right up, scars and everything.
