Your skin looks really oily from what I can tell. You may want to invest in oil blotting sheets because oil sitting on your face for hours can produce pimples. Also to clear up current ones, I'd use a face wash with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide (benzoyl peroxide can bleach clothes and don't get one with a high percentage or it can dry your skin out to much) I can't recommend any because I don't know what all is available in India.

Your pimples aren't that bad , a simple skincare routine may clear that up , I know the sell Neutrogena and Cetaphil in your country so try Cetaphil cleanser in the morning and Neutrogena deep clean cream cleanser at night Cetaphil moisturizer , a alcohol free witch hazel toner and spot treat with tee tree oil
