You can't see them but they're small, almost skin colored, and there are very many of them.

Have you recently tried anything new on your face, like have you changed your skin care routine or eat something new.

Well I ate a bowl of cereal yesterday and I'm lactose intolerant and I have a new makeup remover

I think it has to be the makeup remedied bc this started the day after I got it.

To me it looks like milia, most babies have this on their faces (basically anywhere high in oil production) which will just go away with a good face routine I'm sure, as babies usually grow out of it when their oil production levels out. The itchy could be a different cause like milk or your new makeup remover which could also be the cause for the milia as it disrupts your oil production...

Just my opinion ☺️

Alright thank you! I think it was because of the makeup remover. I couldn't find my usual so I just grabbed a random one!

Try using witch hazel when you can't find your norm. As it's an astringent and will help regulate your skin ph and neutralizes oil production as well. Then grab your normal makeup remover when you spot it. The only downside is I find it stinks. But once your skin dries (which is quickly) the smell is gone haha.
