Hopefully this is in the right category, sorry if it's not :)
I just got my belly button re pierced today and I was wondering if I should use diluted tea tree oil or saline solution to clean it? I've always used tea tree oil in the past because that's what they have you at the piercers and I was to young to know of anything else

Saline solution, for sure. None of my piercers have ever recommended tea tree oil to clean my piercings lol.

Saline solution is just salt and warm water if you don't have any of that:)

I used sea salt & warm water or antibacterial dial soap, I've personally never heard of cleaning piercings with tea tree oil... But I've always used the 2 methods I suggested for all my piercings

I've always used just water and antibacterial soap. They work just fine.

Saline solution and definitely sea salt and water saved me from many infections and got the puss right out! Remember that puss and crust is normal but it's very important to clean it as soon as you notice it! :)
