My chest has broken out from statement necklaces I wear from Forever 21and Charloutte Ruse. I was wondering if any of you guys have the same problems I do, or If you know a way to reduce the bumps/acne on my chest area!!

Well, it sounds like you're allergic to cheap jewelry. I am as well, so I try to avoid it, but sometimes it works to coat the back with clear nail polish if you want to keep wearing it.
To clear the breakout, I'd recommend not wearing any sort of necklace for a while, and washing with a light facewash over your chest.

Stop wearing it..
I know, I kno..
its probably super cute. but health comes first... right. ;-)
anyhow, I don't wear that stuff.. unless I can keep it off my skin like wear with a turtleneck or scarf.
as far as getting rid of the irritation on.your skin you have, I always use aloe Vera hel on my chest and backs when I have breakouts.
good luck!
