How to keep eyemakeup to last all day?

I try to highlight my inner corner but it turns patchy throughout the day! And my pencil liner I use on my water line smudges throughout the day? Any good eyemakeup tips.

Primer, base, then finish everything with a setting or fixing spray. I don't know what products are specific/available in the UK, so I'll let someone else give recommendations.

Use a waterproof pencil or gel on the waterline. Note however, that some of us simply cannot get eyeliner to stay there regardless of formula so you may be one of those people (I have that problem).
