Red lipstick looks good on every skin tone imo. I think the key is to find the right shade and undertone of red lipstick.

The key with red lipstick is to find the shade that matches you and your skin tone! What I did was go and try out a bunch if red lipsticks until I found what I liked and then continued to buy similar shades; I'm sure that works with every skin tone.
