I have to wear uniform to school and I always wear different sweaters and cardigans over it. but I'm just so bored of them. I'm so bored that I don't even want to go to the school :( I have a low budget and I can't buy so many new stuff. do you have any simple ideas for me? any help would be helpful and sorry for my bad English :( thanks in advance :)

I agree with accessories. If you have old clothes you don't like or wear anymore you can use them for fabric for scarves, hair bows, even certain DIY jewelry (probs a good idea to ask a parent before cutting up your clothes, though). You can also learn fun hairstyles from YouTube videos.
