I tried these ombré nails and they look horrible I am at my grandmas house and forgot my clear base coat it probably would have looked a lot better with it but I don't have any so does anyone have any suggestions on how to do ombré nails? The pic below may be a little blurry but in real life it's pretty bad so can anyone help?!?

Did you put 3 different colors together on a sponge and smudge it on the nail? If you just did stripes on the nail and tried to smudge it tht won't work so yea I don't know😐

You put three colours on a sponge and dip it one your nail. I have a pic of what I did.

These ladies are correct. Also, these are gradient, not ombré 😊

A sponge makes all the difference in the world! But Kenna is right, these are technically gradient nails. Many people are not aware of the difference, and that is why there are so many videos calling it that. These are ombre nails :)

Hi Jax! I remember when I used to have tons of problems with ombre and gradients nails. Having a sponge really does help to blend it out. It also does take time and practise. Im sure you will get it one day (:
