Are you saying, exercising in the morning? Because that fine. It will be good for you actually. I suggest a little warm up first.

Oooh. I do stretches in the morning. I'm chronically fatigued so light exercises works wonders to wake me up.

Drink a cold cup of water and splash your face with cold water it'll wake you up.
