Primer then set it with eyeshadow or powder. Put eyeliner on and add a black eyeshadow on top of the eyeliner to stop it from transferring on your lid:)

Eye primer first then put some powder or eyeshadow over to make it less oily. The liquid eyeliner that I use is just a black liner by NYC it works pretty good doesn't budge or smear off.

Use an eyelid primer and Essence has an amazing waterproof eyeliner that lasts all day long! It's not $2 or $3. I'm surprised more people don't know about this brand. You can usually find it at ULTA ☺️

Use primer and set it with eyeshadow. Sidenote, that first sentence isn't exactly a good thing to say. A lot of people can take that offensively even if it wasn't intended to be, and it was just plain unnecessary. Please take my advice and try not to say things like that in the future. Thanks.

L'Oreal Paris Lineur Intense Brush Tip Liquid eye liner this stuff will not budge it does need a few seconds to dry thought. Also if you overlay it to much it will peel but it works beautifully

I use loreal infallible and I agree primer and setting it helps so it won't smudge.

Thank you Evelyn M. for mentioning that I thought I was the only one thinking that... Anyways back to the eyeliner question.
Pencil- Sephora Water Proof Twist Up Liner or L'Oreal Infallible
Liquid- Without a doubt, Kat Von D or Stila! Seriously the best liquid eyeliners and they both last all day.
I recommend using a primer as well, Urban Decay Primer Potion, Too Faced Shadow Insurance, Milani, or Wet N Wild. Also after I put my eyeliner on, I take a small brush with powder and dust right under, this helps prevent smudging and helps to "set the eyeliner".

I am trying to say when I open my eyes my eye lids completely gone thats why my eyeliner touches the inner and smudges all the time there is no insult to anybody I am very happy with my eye shape I am just trying to describe it!! don't be ridiculous.I adore asian girls!! I am just unhappy with my oily eye lids thats why I said d'uhh.

As you see on my picture my eye shape look similar chinese girls and I love it. why you perceive that as an insult there is no problem with that I am just concerned about smudging eyeliner thats why I consult you. if any asian girl read what I write and resent I am very sorry maybe I made a wrong sentence since I am not native. there is no insult here.

Thank you for apologizing, Berke. But next time please try to to remember to not attribute things to certain races/nationalities/groups, etc. Especially if you describe it in a way as something you need "help" with. Saying it has anything to do with Chinese people was unnecessary, you would've gotten as much help as you did just by saying you have hooded eyes. And again, it was very mature of you to apologize. NYC and Stila are the only ones that does not smudges in my super oily lids, my eyeshadow may creased but not the eyeliner.
