I've gotten those braids before and lasted around 3 days. Very cute and fun to wear. Not sure how it would look with a weave, but you are gorgeous so you'll be fine!

Um, how exactly do you plan on getting a weave to look like those braids, lol?
If you mean having extensions put in with your hair to achieve the same length as the girl in the picture, then, yeah, that should work out well.
Just make sure you don't pay too much for them! What I'm about to say may offend some people, but it really is true!
If you go to a hair salon run by black people, because you aren't black and obviously don't know how much that kinda hair costs, they will probably double the price for you. I know this because I had a summer job at one such hairdresser, and an Asian man came in wanting straight back cornrows. Now the normal price was?25, but they charged him?55, and he never knew any better!!
Please don't let them fool you! :-)

Janet I feel you lol, its happened to me once where they overcharged me (I use to get extensions every few months for like 3 years) and since then I always went with my bff whos black and the price would automatically drop so low lol-_-
