Might be a bit difficult. Henna would work, but not bleach blonde. You'd have to bleach the hair for that.
You could try doing coffee or tea washes but I don't think it'd do much, if anything as your hair is light. I don't think you can do either of those without dying/damaging/changing the colour of your hair

Tea and coffee dyes rlly don't last very long at all. Its a very long and tedious process and the results won't be great.
